• Star & Citizen multi axis sliding head lathes with magazine bar feeders for lights out manufacturing with capacity from 2mm–32mm.

• Nakamura & Miyano multi axis turret lathes including sub-spindle and magazine bar feeders for lights out manufacturing with bar capacity up to 65mm.

• Complex components completed in single operation without the need for secondary operations.

Hurco Machining centres with CAD CAM software utilising customer models and adaptive tool paths reducing manufacturing times and increasing accuracy and reliability.

• Hurco Machining centres with 1.2 metre capacity

• In house design of jigs and fixtures allows manufacturing of complex components with accuracy and reliability.

The facilities include power presses up to 75 tonnes fitted with digital load monitors to protect customer tools. Automatic coil feeders for continuous production. We also have a large selection of universal tooling and second-opp  machines ideal for low volume production batches.
