Harlech Engineering has provided various components ranging from mass produced aluminium connector blocks for vehicle radiator systems, Specialised CNC components for gearboxes / clutch systems & precision machined metre long contact bodies for use on the electrified rail. Drawing from our massively varied experience in the automotive sector Harlech is able to offer Design advice, Product prototyping and full scale production of components for the automotive industry.

 

Our in-house tooling workshop allows us to design and manufacture jigging systems for use in our CNC vertical machining centres cutting manufacture times and our precision image measurement system allows us to measure to tolerances of 0.005mm.

 

Custom packaging options are available to further protect customer components in shipping if required.
