Harlech Engineering Prototypes, manufactures and ships approximately 6000 single use stainless steel medical components per month. Components vary from CNC large volume Production to press work and assembly utilising in-house designed and manufactured tooling and jigs. Our state of the art CNC facility utilising Swiss sliding head lathes with C & Y axis allow us to decrease production times and manufacture components to the highest standards required be the medical industry.

Harlech carries out inspection of the medical components with advanced Image Measurement system accurate to 0.005mm repeatability and undertakes 100% inspection of components if required by the customer. 

 

Custom packaging options are available to further protect customer components in shipping if required.
